Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Fine Dining Steward/Dishwasher to join our exceptional team of professionals. As a Steward, you will play a vital role in delivering our core values to every guest.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform Opening Set-up and Closing Duties: Ensure the dish area is prepared for service and cleaned thoroughly after hours.
  2. Maintain Dish Area Safety and Sanitation: Follow proper procedures for handling and storing chemicals, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  3. Work with the Team: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.
  4. Follow Directions and Use Caution: Adhere to safety protocols and use caution when handling chemicals and machinery.
  5. Maintain a Clean and Professional Appearance: Ensure personal grooming and attire meet company standards.
  6. Perform Other Related Duties: Assist with various tasks as assigned by the Leadership Team.
Requirements
  • Previous Hospitality Experience: A proven track record of working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Professional and Accurate Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Command of the English Language: Strong language skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to Perform Physical Demands: Stand for 9 hours, lift at least 50 pounds, and wear specified uniform and footwear.
