Job Opportunity at Ted's Bulletin

We are seeking an experienced Server to join our team at Ted's Bulletin, a well-established restaurant in the upscale casual dining segment. Our restaurant is known for its high-quality menu offerings, including Ted's tarts, boozy milkshakes, and all-day breakfasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional hospitality to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Execute under pressure in a high-volume, full-service environment.
  • Build rapport with guests, drive sales, and provide an exceptional service experience.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months' experience in a high-volume, upscale casual dining or equivalent service environment.
  • Previous server experience is a plus.
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day, and lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to accurately perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to be certified in responsible alcohol service (as required by state or local law).
  • High energy and stamina, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • A high school diploma (or equivalent).
