Job Title: Client Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team at Heartland Veterinary Partners LLC. As a key member of our practice, you will provide exceptional client experiences, manage practice administrative tasks, and maintain a high level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming experiences for clients and patients
  • Manage practice reception, including visitor and telephone interactions
  • Maintain veterinary medical records, accounts, and cash processing
  • Perform data entry, word processing, and mail services
  • Apply practical knowledge of practice processes and services to ensure exceptional patient care
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous veterinary experience preferred
  • Ability to work on weekends as required
  • Practices OSHA safety techniques, including proper PPE
