Clinical Nurse Liaison Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Liaison to join our team at ImpactBio. As a Clinical Nurse Liaison, you will play a critical role in supporting DELFI Diagnostics in their mission to detect cancer at earlier stages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the clinical expert in the field, focusing on education, pull-through, and workflow.
  • Design and implement quarterly business plans for assigned geography.
  • Work with internal DELFI stakeholders to set up customer accounts in DELFI's Provider Portal.
  • Manage customer relationships in defined geographic territories to drive test usage.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales volume objectives.
  • Coordinate support resources within DELFI to maximize and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Maintain a detailed customer database within Salesforce CRM.
  • Provide timely feedback to DELFI management on market trends, competitor activity, and new product/service improvements.
Requirements:
  • RN with BA/BS degree or BSN required.
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles in diagnostics, life sciences, or medical device industries.
  • Experience working in HIPAA and CLIA regulated environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver presentations on clinical and sales materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency using CRM systems, Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
