Job Summary:

As an Assembly Auditor at Royal Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Printing paperwork and labels, supplying raw materials, and removing finished goods.
  • Scheduling and organizing work according to established priorities.
  • Escalating non-conformances to standards, such as quality issues and schedule discrepancies.
  • FOLLOWING standardized work procedures and maintaining a proper pace to ensure materials and packaging are in place at the right time, and production is not interrupted.
  • Maintaining an overall understanding of the shop floor's operation and working with the shift supervisor to suggest and implement changes when needed.
  • Working with a can-do attitude and communicating professionally with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Operating hi-lo equipment, with experience not required but a willingness to learn.


Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
