As an Assembly Auditor at Royal Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Printing paperwork and labels, supplying raw materials, and removing finished goods.
- Scheduling and organizing work according to established priorities.
- Escalating non-conformances to standards, such as quality issues and schedule discrepancies.
- FOLLOWING standardized work procedures and maintaining a proper pace to ensure materials and packaging are in place at the right time, and production is not interrupted.
- Maintaining an overall understanding of the shop floor's operation and working with the shift supervisor to suggest and implement changes when needed.
- Working with a can-do attitude and communicating professionally with people at all levels of the organization.
- Operating hi-lo equipment, with experience not required but a willingness to learn.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
