Job Description:

As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.

You will be responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing mail, inputting vendor invoices, and processing vendor checks.

In addition, you will take vendor calls related to invoices and reconcile Vendor Account Statements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Associate.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software programs.
  • Baan (ERP) system experience is a plus.
