Position Summary:
- The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for conducting high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures efficiently and accurately.
- This role involves operating imaging equipment and processing diagnostic images.
- The technologist prepares the imaging area, ensuring all necessary equipment, supplies, and medications are ready for patient use.
- Practicing proper radiation safety protocols is essential for all examinations conducted.
- Maintaining a secure and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff is a priority.
- Contributing to the achievement of departmental and organizational objectives is expected.

Qualifications:
- Recent experience as a Radiology Technician in an acute care hospital setting is required.
- Registration or eligibility with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is mandatory.
- Possession of a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) certification from the appropriate regulatory body is essential.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
