Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the product owner and lead for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) concerning our B2B low-touch Quote-to-Cash workflows.
  • Evaluate intricate business requirements, converting them into epics and user stories, followed by developing test scenarios and plans.
  • Communicate the testing strategy, results, risks, and recommendations effectively to the core project team and stakeholders.
  • Organize weekly collaboration sessions with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, explore solutions, and prioritize system improvements.
  • Document processes and create flowcharts for new or modified business operations.
  • Address production issues and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective measures.
  • Engage in scrum meetings, backlog refinement, prioritization, design discussions, and demonstrations as required.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
  • Over 7 years of relevant professional experience, collaborating with diverse stakeholders across engineering, product management, marketing, and business sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively prioritize tasks, and achieve results under tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; capable of conveying complex information to various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Quote-to-Cash processes is advantageous.
  • Experience in phasing out applications or processes is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat).
  • Additional desirable skills include experience with Jira, SAP, MS SharePoint, Atlassian Confluence, APIs/automation processes, and knowledge of subscription business models.
