Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Business Systems Implementation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for gathering functional requirements, documenting workflows, use cases, and business rules in a structured manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create new processes and templates to streamline our implementation process
  • Work on complex solutions and products, collaborating with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Negotiate alternative solutions with customers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Collaborate with SMEs to validate big-picture and long-term impact of solutions
  • Frame up ideas for customers and internal teams to easily consume
  • Proactively manage dependencies and raise risks as issues arise with other teams
  • Establish strong working relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions
  • Quickly understand new technologies and concepts, applying them to projects as needed
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments to react quickly and positively to new or emergent situations
  • Assess problem causes and implications, recommend solutions and costs, and encourage shared problem-solving
  • Seek technical reviews, second opinions, advice, and coaching in critical areas
  • Build relationships with client executives and internal stakeholders to manage escalations within the program
  • Use a proactive, rigorous risk identification and mitigation process on an ongoing basis
  • Communicate challenges and issues to clients, assessing causes and implications, recommending solutions, estimating costs, and encouraging shared problem-solving
  • Communicate effectively with internal management
  • Establish a consistent communication strategy with clients, defining associated deliverables
  • Organize, assign, track, and follow up on issues across multiple work streams, managing resources to meet established deadlines or escalating in a timely fashion
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Technologies, Information Assurance, Electronics and Communication, or a related field
  • Five years of experience in the job offered or as a Project Manager, ETL Datastage Developer, or a related occupation
  • HIPAA X12 EDI messages or similar experience in data standards for data integration
  • Experience working with JSON or XML files
  • Experience working with Python, Postman, Swagger, GitHub, and WinSCP
  • Previous experience utilizing general database concepts and integration methods (Real-Time and Batch)
  • Experience using JIRA or similar tools
  • Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and SQL expertise
  • Data mapping
  • Familiarity working in an Agile environment
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, including team building, consensus building, and persuasiveness
