Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute audit tests to evaluate the control environment and identify key risks.
  • Assess compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements applicable to Global Markets Operations.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and document audit issues identified.
  • Perform continuous monitoring and risk assessments of Global Markets Operations activities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of internal audit experience within a global financial institution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes supporting Global Markets activities.
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls and risk management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications/audit qualifications (e.g. CIA, CFA, CISA, ACA).
  • Audit or risk control risk/controls background in financial services.
  • Prior Analytical / Automation Skills (SQL, SAS, Python, Alteryx, Advanced Excel).
