A server is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests at Aspen Tap House. Key responsibilities include:

Essential Functions
  • Provide legendary service to each guest, ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Utilize the POS system effectively and accurately to manage transactions.
  • Follow established steps of service to ensure seamless dining experiences.
  • Suggest menu items and beverages to guests, leveraging salesmanship skills.
  • Embody our core values: passion, partnership, integrity, and fun with purpose.
  • Effectively utilize our first-time guest program to ensure a positive experience.
  • Ability to carry and tray with ease.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment at all times.
  • Complete opening and closing duties as per unit requirements.
  • Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain proper etiquette with staff and guests.
  • Exhibit teamwork and collaboration at all times.
  • Participate in contests and line dancing during shifts, promoting a fun work environment.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform and hygiene standards.
