Job Summary:

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking skilled nurses with experience in ventilator, tracheostomy, and g-tube care to work on a per diem basis with patients in the home setting for overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Requirements:

  • Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
