Job Summary:

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide private duty nursing services to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes. As an LVN with Maxim, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and families, providing high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Requirements:

• Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
