About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Pizza Maker at Domino's Pizza. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality pizzas, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate all equipment, including pizza makers and cash registers, to ensure efficient and accurate service.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers to maintain a well-stocked and organized kitchen.
  • Prepare products to standards, including pizzas, salads, and sides, to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Receive and process telephone orders, taking accurate and detailed information from customers to ensure timely and correct delivery.
  • Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders both over the phone and in person, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Clean equipment and facility to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Develop strong communication skills to comprehend and provide correct written instructions, as well as verbal and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Perform mathematical calculations accurately and quickly, including making correct monetary change.
  • Use motor coordination to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed, including entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Lift at least 40-50 pounds to move ingredients, supplies, and equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and coworkers.
  • Ability to lift at least 40-50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and ability to make accurate calculations.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
