Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier and Food Prep Team Member to join our team at Zaxby's. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food to company standards, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Assemble and package menu items to company standards, prep all food items to company standards, and hold and store all food items to follow food safety guidelines & company standards.
  • Customer Service: Extend a warm and friendly greeting to all guests, explain menu and answer product questions for all guests, and enter guests orders accurately into the POS system.
  • Restaurant Maintenance: Keep restaurant stocked with necessary items to run smooth shifts, inform management when any back-of-house equipment needs service or inventory is needed, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements and Functions
  • Must be 16 years old to apply.
  • Walking or standing for extended periods of time.
  • In-store training program included - increase potential up to.50 upon training completion.
