About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Daycare Teacher to lead our classrooms and inspire young minds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters learning, growth, and development in our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of our children, from infants to preschool age.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program.
  • Communicate regularly with parents through mobile apps and in-person discussions to keep them informed of their child's progress.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for our children, adhering to state and federal guidelines.
  • Model and encourage good social skills, such as strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Requirements:
  • Meet state-specific guidelines for the role, including a high school diploma or GED and ECE coursework.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Extended experience in a childcare setting, with a history of classroom leadership roles.
  • Deep-rooted passion for early childhood education.
