Job Title: Sales and Relationship Manager

American City Business Journals is seeking a skilled Sales and Relationship Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to develop and maximize revenue generation while fostering and growing relationships with high-target prospects and valued clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of meeting key performance metrics and goals. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

This role involves continually prospecting and generating high-quality targets using our sales process, meeting key performance metrics and goals on a weekly/monthly and annual basis, and actively diversifying client base by offering strategic solutions with a viable revenue mix.

Our estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Continually prospect and generate high-quality targets using our sales process
  • Meet key performance metrics and goals on a weekly/monthly and annual basis
  • Actively diversify client base by offering strategic solutions with a viable revenue mix
  • Develop and present customized advertising solutions
  • Effectively manage sales pipeline and revenue gaps using Salesforce
Requirements:
  • THREE YEARS OF SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • STRONG ORIENTATION TO STRATEGIC THINKING, COMMUNICATING, INFLUENCING AND BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS AT ALL LEVELS
  • ABILITY TO SIMULTANEOUSLY MANAGE SHORT AND LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITIES
  • PROFICIENCY WITH ALL MICROSOFT OFFICE PRODUCTS (MICROSOFT EXCEL, OUTLOOK, ONE DRIVE, WORD, POWERPOINT, SHAREPOINT, TEAMS)
