Insurance Support Associate

Join our esteemed agency dedicated to providing exceptional insurance services. We are currently looking to expand our team with an in-office role that focuses on delivering outstanding customer support.
If you possess excellent customer service abilities and a desire to assist clients in a dynamic office environment, we invite you to explore this opportunity. While prior insurance experience is advantageous, it is not a requirement. The selected candidate will be encouraged to acquire a Property & Casualty License, with all associated costs covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities:- Responding to client inquiries with a positive attitude
- Taking detailed messages and ensuring timely follow-up by team members
- Utilizing proprietary software to manage and update client policies
- Gathering accurate information for the sales team to generate quotes
- Conducting annual policy assessments and clarifying coverage details for clients
- Identifying and recommending bundling options to existing clients
- Processing requests for policy modifications from clients
- Managing incoming claims inquiries
- Addressing billing questions and processing payments
- Delivering exceptional customer service consistently
