Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Technician to support our production and packaging operations. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll be responsible for maximizing efficiencies, reducing downtime, and ensuring our equipment runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain brewery equipment to stringent specifications
  • Develop and perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks
  • Keep records of repairs and update the maintenance schedule
  • Work with equipment operators to identify areas of required maintenance
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair brewery and packaging equipment problems
Requirements:
  • Three or more years of verifiable experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Demonstrable superior mechanical skills
  • Ability to work with a team and prioritize tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
