About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Development Manager to join our North America Business Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading business development activities, researching and analyzing markets, and developing technical expertise to support our product expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development activities for product expansion into new and existing markets.
  • Ensure Business Development goals are achieved.
  • Develop, maintain, and expand product and application technical expertise.
  • Research and analyze markets for peroxide applications.
  • Develop and maintain sales and marketing tools to support product line managers and distributors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, or engineering.
  • Background in Mining and/or Wastewater processes and applications preferred.
  • Relevant work experience of a minimum of 3-5 years in a technical chemical position with commercial or customer-facing experience.

Competencies:

  • Demonstrates curiosity and interest in technologies & products.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in technical project management and strong technical/commercial aptitude.

About the Pay and Benefits

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the US base pay reasonably expected for this role is $103,000 to $130,000, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.

Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
