**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations
  • Lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and train a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and quality products
  • Monitor and control store expenses and inventory levels
  • Identify and resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions

**Requirements**

  • Ability to work a 40 hour week
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
  • Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
  • Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees
