Job Opportunity: DDC Project Manager

CMS Controls, a leading building automation and controls company in North Carolina, is seeking a skilled DDC Project Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The DDC Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects according to specifications and schedules, while ensuring projects are completed within budget and maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle
  • Set goals and objectives for the team and manage performance accordingly
  • Manage field staff and subcontractors to minimize project risks
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project completion

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of DDC Project Management experience
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent people and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with budgets and cost-tracking
  • Strong comprehension of plans and specifications for construction projects
  • Flexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekends, as required
