We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician Level II to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Pharmacy Technician Level II, you will play a vital role in assisting our pharmacists with various tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.
Responsibilities- Replace Pyxis MedStation and floor stock medication on a daily basis, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Verify documentation is complete and all narcotic doses are accounted for, ensuring the safe handling and storage of controlled substances.
- Assist in the preparation of IV admixtures, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Successful completion of a WA Board of Pharmacy-approved Pharmacy Technician Training Program.
- Current Washington State Board of Pharmacy Technician License.
- Successful completion of a National Pharmacy Technician Certification Program is preferred.
- Experience with medication reconciliation and hospital settings is preferred.
