In this role, you will manage the daily functions of our service department, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and efficient service execution. You will lead a talented group of technicians, service advisors, and support personnel. Your responsibilities will include overseeing workflow and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and courteously
  • Direct and oversee the service team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
