Key Responsibilities

  • Provide program leadership, thought partnership, analysis, and strategic decision-making support to initiative sponsors and teams.
  • Develop and implement sustainable and scalable user-centric solutions to successfully realize business outcomes and drive change.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • 8 years of professional experience in human resources, program or project management, or a related field.
  • 8 years of demonstrated experience in independent decision making, complex facilitation, project management, and change management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or ACP Certification upon hire.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP Certification upon hire.
