As a Front Desk Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily activities of the Front Office team, ensuring exceptional service delivery in accordance with the organization's standards and regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming, registering, and assigning accommodations to guests.
  • Managing incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Processing charges (room, food, telephone), calculating bills, collecting payments, and providing change.
  • Handling reservations and monitoring room availability.
  • Performing laundry and maintaining breakfast areas as needed.
  • Coordinating wake-up calls and managing guest mail and messages.
  • Facilitating check-out procedures.
  • Opening and closing shifts, including cash handling.
  • Maintaining inventory of supplies and ensuring cleanliness in the Front Office and lobby areas.
  • Assisting in the training and development of Front Office staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with cash and key control procedures.
  • Scheduling transportation services for guests as required.
  • Providing guests with information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Supporting management with administrative tasks, including forecasting and billing issues.

Job Requirements:

We seek a proactive Front Desk Operations Manager with a commitment to excellence and strong communication skills. Key qualifications include:

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Completion of a college or technical program, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service aptitude.
  • A valid Driver's License with no major violations.
