  • Document all changes in patient condition and update care plans accordingly.
  • Identify counseling needs and plan appropriate teaching strategies to support patient education and empowerment.
Requirements:
  • Physical Therapy Licensure in NJ required.
  • 2-3 years of prior clinical experience and community-based experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid NJ driver's license.
