Salary Range: $156,500 - $234,700 per year

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Warfare Systems Lead to join our team in Camarillo, California. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of software and systems engineers developing cutting-edge electronic warfare systems for various military platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Led a team of 15+ engineers in the development of embedded real-time software for electronic warfare systems
  • Managed multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting customer requirements and deadlines
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Mentored and developed junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Stayed up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform future project initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, plus 8 years of experience in software development and management, or Master's degree in same field with 6 years of experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded real-time software development, with a focus on electronic warfare systems
  • U.S. citizenship and active Secret or Top-Secret clearance required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on large formal DoD-sponsored programs
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and open architecture standards
  • Knowledge of Northrop Grumman's Software Development processes and SEI CMMI Level 3 practices
