About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Security Team Member to join our team at Pins Mechanical Co. As a Security Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Greeting and Farewell: Welcome guests as they enter and thank them as they depart, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • ID Verification: Conduct up-to-date ID checking verification to ensure the security and integrity of our establishment.
  • Space Organization and Cleanliness: Support the organization and cleanliness of the space, maintaining a high level of tidiness and order.
  • Conflict Resolution: Demonstrate the ability to de-escalate high-stress situations and respond to guest issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Observation and Intervention: Observe and detect signs of overconsumption or conflict, taking prompt action to resolve the situation.
  • Communication and Reporting: Respond to and resolve guest issues, notifying management when necessary.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a Pins Mechanical Co. brand ambassador, promoting a positive and welcoming image of our establishment.

Requirements:

  • Bar/Restaurant Experience: Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred.
  • Guest Service Skills: Demonstrate a proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and staff.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
