- Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all food preparation and presentation meet or exceed local, state, and federal regulations.
- Profitability and Competitiveness: Work with the hotel's management team to achieve profitable and competitive food pricing and menu offerings.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume hotel or restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of success in managing kitchen staff and operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including management, servers, and bartenders.
