Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at Rockbot. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and engineering robust technical solutions that drive growth in the sales space.

About the Role

  • Develop comprehensive presentations that highlight product features, pricing, and value propositions, addressing both technical and business needs.
  • Build customized solutions and program strategies for prospects and clients, successfully positioning them to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Lead sales presentations, engage with clients, and ensure seamless product adoption, focusing on an exceptional user experience.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive offerings, serving as a trusted technical advisor and industry thought leader.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales team to support new customer acquisition and assist in expanding key accounts.

Requirements

  • Technical and sales expertise, with a proven ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business benefits within a B2B sales environment.
  • Industry insight, with solid experience working with marketing platforms, ad platforms, POS and/or hospitality SaaS, Hubspot, ZenDesk, startup ERP systems.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with a track record of innovation in sales strategies and customer relationship-building.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in generating reports and leveraging data to optimize sales strategies and customer outcomes.
