Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BSM Oversight Senior Officer to join our team at Citigroup Inc. as an Operational Risk Specialist. This role will provide support to the Global Bank Network Management (BNM) team, responsible for managing agent bank relationships supporting Citi business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to the team in monitoring bank signatory documents owned outside of Bank Network Management for all Citi-owned and operated bank accounts.
  • Work closely with the Global BSM Head to establish departmental goals and provide feedback on employee performance.
  • Support training and coaching where necessary.
  • Coordinate department deliverables and drive projects to completion.
  • Act as a control champion and continually assess and streamline processes to increase efficiency through process change and/or automation.
  • Contribute to large-scale global BSM projects that focus on risk mitigation.
  • Deliver results against challenging deadlines while balancing multiple strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to the Management Control Assessment (MCA) by maintaining BSM's MCA inventory.
  • Document system challenges and drive initiatives that focus on resolving technology issues.
Requirements
  • BA Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience working on large-scale and complex initiatives.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with experience partnering at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working with and presenting to senior management.
  • Strong PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel skills.
  • SharePoint knowledge a plus.
