About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Client Services Representative to join our team at Veritas Veterinary Partners. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their pets.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage client check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of clients and their pets
  • Process payments, handle deposits, and discuss financial questions with clients
  • Answer multiple phone lines, responding to client calls and providing support as needed
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a client service role, preferably in a veterinary hospital setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and clinical staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to enter data efficiently
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and professional attitude
