Veterinary Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Supervisor to join our team at Veritas Veterinary Partners. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the veterinary department, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional client service.

• Lead and manage the veterinary department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and client satisfaction.
• Supervise and mentor veterinary technicians and other support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
• Monitor and analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

• 5+ years of experience as a veterinary technician or in a supervisory role in a veterinary setting.
• Advanced degree or certification in veterinary technology or a related field.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
