About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional/Associate Buyer to join our team at CarBrain. As a Sales Professional/Associate Buyer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and partners, while also driving sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Professionally interact with clients via phone, email, chat, or texting to nurture leads and close sales.
  • Collect all necessary vehicle details to render a confirmed offer and communicate with CarBrain evaluators and external partners to obtain the best available offer.
  • Deliver confirmed offers and successfully close sales, while also answering clients' questions and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Assist and give support with communication gaps and resolve logistical challenges to ensure a seamless sales experience.
  • Follow up with clients to convert leads to sales and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience and sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners.
  • Great active listening skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Demonstrates empathy and a positive attitude, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, with the ability to handle high-volume calls and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Driven to succeed in a quick-paced high-volume environment, with a strong focus on sales growth and revenue.
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong focus on self-motivation and accountability.
  • Fluent in English / Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Types 40+ words per minute.
