As a National Sales Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our business through prospecting restaurant and foodservice operations with a need for our service within a protected territory.

">

Your primary responsibilities include conducting face-to-face cold calls on qualified prospects, executing all prospecting tactics as part of our sales system, and actively networking to research and recommend related markets for business expansion.

You will also prepare for and attend weekly sales meetings, manage your sales pipeline to reach quarterly and annual sales quotas, and develop strong relationships with our customers to drive revenue growth.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of $80-100k annually, uncapped commission, company vehicle, mobile phone, and gas card, comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision & life insurance, 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and employee savings account, paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave.

To succeed in this role, you must have a valid driver's license, be able to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment, and possess good verbal and written communication skills, persuasive and negotiation skills, and the ability to safely drive a company vehicle.

We estimate the total compensation for this position to be around $120k annually, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.
