Salary & Benefits

The starting salary for this role is between $59,000 to $83,000 per annum, depending on experience. Job Description
  • Instructional Leadership: Develop and implement tailored curricula to meet the diverse needs of students with special requirements, collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Accommodation Planning: Collaborate with families and Special Education teams to create 504 and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that cater to individual needs, adapting instructional strategies to maximize student potential.
  • Classroom Environment: Foster a safe, inclusive atmosphere where students feel empowered to take ownership of their learning journey, leveraging various teaching methods to engage and motivate.
