About the Opportunity:
Aquor Technologies is seeking a dedicated Special Needs Educator to join our team. As a Special Needs Educator, you will work closely with students who require speech and language support, providing education and therapy services to meet their unique needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of speech-related conditions, causes, and treatments. They will also possess excellent coaching, verbal, and written communication skills. Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborating with teachers, parents, or medical providers to ensure comprehensive support for patients will be key aspects of this role. Providing rehabilitative assistance to help patients achieve their speech and communication goals will be your primary objective. Tailoring interventions to individual needs will be essential in this position.

Salary and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive estimated gross pay of $123,091.20 per year, based on a weekly rate of $2361.20, tax-free housing and meal stipend, first-day health insurance coverage, weekly direct deposit, sick days/PTO, travel reimbursement, 401k eligibility after the first year, credentialing assistance, CEU/Tuition reimbursement, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech Pathologist or in a similar role. A CCC-SLP Certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology), Active [STATE] Speech Language Pathologist License in good standing, Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), and Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are essential requirements.
