Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the completeness of incoming shipments.
  • Accurately log parts into our inventory management system under the appropriate technician and ticket.
  • Ensure proper placement of parts in designated technician locations.
  • Identify and report discrepancies in shipments, including overages and shortages.
  • Utilize system applications to facilitate remote technicians in receiving necessary stock and parts for service repairs.
  • Maintain and reorder inventory on a daily basis to ensure availability.
  • Assist in inventory management of parts on technicians' service vehicles.
  • Inspect received parts for quality and accuracy.
  • Process returns for unused, defective, or damaged parts efficiently.
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing parts, providing pricing and processing payments.
  • Build strong relationships with parts vendors.
  • Respond promptly to telephone inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Schedule appointments using dispatching software.
  • Support technicians and office staff to enhance customer service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Accurately record hours worked in the company timekeeping system.
  • Exemplify the company's core values and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Be flexible in assisting other departments as needed.
