The LeBlanc Group is seeking a life insurance sales agent to work with warm leads, contact clients, and schedule appointments for requested life insurance products. The role involves helping clients choose the best protection that fits their needs and budget.

The company has a proven 'Plug and Play' System that provides comprehensive training, accountability, personal mentorship, and local, regional, and national training events. The successful candidate will be able to contractually own their own agency and will have opportunities for advancement.

The ideal candidate will be willing to obtain a life/health insurance license within 10-14 days and will have a growth and entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, positive attitude, self-motivation, coachability, strong work ethic, and alignment with the company's core values.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
