Job Summary

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Richmond is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will assist residents in all aspects of their daily life, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, and socialization.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide food service and housekeeping assistance
  • Engage residents in socialization and activities
  • Assist with behavior management and orientation
  • Provide information and support to residents and families
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic reading and writing skills
  • Ability to speak English in an understandable manner
  • Knowledge and experience in working with elderly
  • Previous dementia experience preferred
