We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Neenah Enterprises, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on production equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, including preventative and predictive maintenance, to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
- Repair and Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair production equipment using established industry practices and manufacturer specifications.
- Facilities Maintenance: Perform maintenance and repairs on facilities and infrastructure, including lubrication, condition monitoring, and alignments.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with supervisors, production, and other disciplines to determine a course for repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Experience: Maintenance Mechanic journeyman card or equivalent industrial maintenance experience required. Previous maintenance mechanic experience in a foundry preferred.
- Skills: Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Ability to read general mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic prints.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced production environment with minimal travel requirements.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, shift premium, and tool allowance. The starting salary is $41.00 per hour, with a pay increase of $1.00 after successful completion of probation.
