Job Description

Talent Software Services is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Campaigns: Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create and execute marketing campaigns, including email, mobile, and automation workflows.
  • Design and Build Custom Solutions: Develop custom solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet the business needs of our clients.
  • Integrate Systems: Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Manage Data Extensions and Filters: Create and manage data extensions and filters to segment audiences and target campaigns.
  • Develop and Manage CloudPages: Create and manage CloudPages to create landing pages, microsites, and forms in WebStudio.
  • Design and Configure Journeys: Design and configure journeys using Journey Builder to automate various processes.
  • Manage Automated SMS Campaigns: Create and manage automated SMS campaigns, including opt-in/opt-out processes.
  • Manage Day-to-Day Operational Needs: Manage day-to-day operational needs in Salesforce, including data integration and platform builds.
  • Build and Edit Code: Build and edit code in Salesforce to meet business requirements.
  • Test New Functionality: Test new functionality to ensure it meets business requirements.
  • Create and Manage Dashboards: Create and manage dashboards to provide business insights.
  • Manage Custom Applications: Manage and create custom applications to automate business processes via SFDC.
  • Manage Workflow Rules: Manage workflow rules and use of Salesforce Lightning to automate business processes.
  • Monitor and Debug Deployment Tools: Monitor and debug deployment tools to ensure smooth deployment of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage Communication between Systems: Manage communication between different systems using web services.
  • Support Testing: Support testing, including unit testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and provide guidance on maximizing system potential.
  • Develop and Maintain Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop and maintain email marketing campaigns that adhere to protected health information (PHI) and CAN-SPAM regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in campaigns, journeys, and automation workflows.
  • Manage User Access and Permissions: Manage user access and permissions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Qualifications:
  • Platform Development: Experience with platform development using Apex and Visualforce, and understanding of Lightning components.
  • Development Lifecycle: Experience with the development lifecycle, including development, testing, and deployment.
  • Data Integration: Experience with data integration, including data mapping and data transformation.
  • Apex Development: Experience with Apex development, including Apex classes and triggers.
  • SQL: Experience with SQL, including database design and query optimization.
  • AMPscript: Experience with AMPscript, including email template development and data extension management.
  • Testing Skills: Experience with testing, including unit testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing.
  • People Skills: Excellent people skills, including communication, teamwork, and leadership.
  • Strong Background in Salesforce: Strong background in Salesforce, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and platform development.
  • Required Certification: Salesforce Certified (Apex Specialist) certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SharePoint: Experience with SharePoint, including document management and collaboration.
  • Experience with Salesforce Mobile Application Capabilities: Experience with Salesforce mobile application capabilities, including mobile app development and deployment.
  • Experience with Object-Oriented Languages: Experience with object-oriented languages, including Java and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of SOQL and Web Services: Knowledge of SOQL and web services, including API design and implementation.
  • Knowledge and Experience with CSS, HTML, and Dashboards: Knowledge and experience with CSS, HTML, and dashboards, including dashboard design and development.
  • Experience in Medicaid or Other Healthcare Claims System IT Projects: Experience in Medicaid or other healthcare claims system IT projects, including system integration and data migration.
