Technical Qualifications:
- Possess over 15 years of comprehensive experience in Mechanical Engineering design within the building services and construction sector.
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of building regulations and mechanical design principles.
- Demonstrate a proven history of successful project execution across various sectors and regions.
- Possess excellent technical knowledge of HVAC systems and a solid understanding of other MEP building systems, with the capability to investigate and provide effective solutions to technical challenges.
- Skilled in high-performance building design utilizing electrified design solutions for both adaptive reuse and new construction projects, with the ability to assess the impact of design solutions on a building's carbon footprint and a project's commercial viability.
- Be a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) or hold equivalent professional certification.
- LEED AP accreditation is preferred, showcasing a commitment to sustainable design practices.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Revit for detailed design documentation and computational analysis tools, including CFD and energy modeling software, to develop innovative and energy-efficient solutions.
