Your Contributions:

The role of the Operations Manager is centered around achieving operational excellence to ensure high-quality service and productivity in the studios under your management. This involves addressing all equipment, technology, and facility-related challenges. The position requires the ability to foster strong relationships with external vendors, develop internal processes that can be standardized across the organization, and adhere to budgetary constraints. You are expected to be well-organized, a proactive problem-solver, and a productive team member.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee facility maintenance, addressing issues and repairs.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the studios.
  • Conduct facility audits and inspections.
  • Manage inventory levels and supplies for studio upkeep and marketing materials.
  • Handle retail purchasing and inventory management.
  • Prepare daily financial reports, including budget reconciliation and auditing of refunds and unpaid bills.
  • Implement IT, technical, and facility updates.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with external vendors to secure favorable deals.
  • Be cross-trained in studio sales processes and class check-in procedures to provide support as needed.
  • Conduct MBO audits, including deactivating terminated memberships.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Physical Requirements:

This position necessitates the following physical activities: the ability to lift between 20 to 50 pounds without assistance; frequent sitting, standing, stooping, walking, stretching, and reaching; moderate physical movement is expected. Physical demands may vary.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of operational experience, preferably in a fitness environment.
