The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our healthcare team, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, patient and family teaching, and procedures in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other related software to update or access patient information as appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing or equivalent.
  • Current LPN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) is highly desirable.
  • Six months or more experience in a related setting preferred.
