Job Summary:
Southcoast Health is seeking a skilled LPN to join our Rheumatology team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and perform various procedures in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of duties involving direct patient care, including medication administration and patient teaching.
Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) software to update or access patient information as appropriate.
Provide care that is appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served.

Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing or equivalent is required.
Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) is highly desirable.
Six months or more experience in a related setting is preferred.
Current LPN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island is required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
