  • Enhancing and sustaining the performance of the company's physical assets while managing maintenance expenditures to meet operational goals.
  • Leading initiatives to improve maintenance and reliability processes through the use of KPIs for maximum efficiency.
  • Supervising all site maintenance and reliability projects to ensure adherence to PSM, OSHA, and environmental standards.
  • Collaborating closely with various internal and external stakeholders, including plant union personnel, management teams, and contractors.
  • Formulating and executing annual strategic objectives and budgets for the maintenance division to align with operational directives and tracking performance to achieve set targets.
  • Overseeing maintenance expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness while managing the upkeep of all plant assets.
  • Establishing spare parts inventory systems, generating reports, and analyzing equipment maintenance strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Conducting root cause analyses for equipment malfunctions and suggesting enhancements to avert future occurrences.
  • Providing insights on capital projects, ensuring that project-related modifications are recorded in the CMMS database.
  • Offering technical support for PSM and mechanical integrity initiatives.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
If you are a committed Regional Reliability and Maintenance Engineer with a strong background, holding a Bachelor's Degree and possessing over 5 years of experience in Maintenance, Reliability, and Engineering within a PSM-compliant Chemical Plant, you should consider this opportunity if you have experience in:
  • Building strategic partnerships and effectively collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Managing PSM systems and hazardous processes, utilizing software such as CMMS and ERP.
