Childcare Educator

BrightMinds Childcare and Preschool is seeking a highly motivated Childcare Educator to join our team

This is a full-time position, 4 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday), working as a Float in various classrooms when staff are absent. We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will support Teachers and the Director in creating a nurturing environment for children. This includes assisting with implementing curricula activities, encouraging participation, and managing classroom materials. You will maintain open communication with parents through regular discussions and progress reports, while modeling good hygiene and self-help skills.

• Assist in planning and executing educational programs tailored to children's interests and needs.
• Engage actively in activities and ensure a clean and organized learning space.
• Maintain frequent updates with parents regarding their child's progress.
• Model positive behaviors that promote healthy habits among children.
• Support smooth transitions from home to the child care center.
