Regional Practice Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Practice Administrator to join our team at Bon Secours Mercy Health. As a key member of our healthcare operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of multiple physician practices, driving financial growth, and improving patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational and financial goals
- Oversee practice managers, supervisors, coordinators, and leads to ensure efficient clinic operations
- Utilize quality scorecards and dashboards to identify areas for improvement and develop best practice workflows
- Support practices with workflow and process evaluations, and develop action plans to improve deficient workflows
- Facilitate stewardship and financial responsibility, focusing on productivity, revenue enhancement, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with revenue cycle policies and procedures, and benchmark against industry standards
- Provide leadership, direction, and documentation to effectively supervise and motivate staff
- Counsel and support practice managers in employee-related matters, including performance, promotion, and termination
- Two-year associated degree in healthcare or related field
- Four-year Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least three years of healthcare management experience, with two years of management experience in multiple physician practices or physician networks
- Financial analytical skills to generate and analyze financial and billing reports
- Strong software skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Practice Management
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (HER) applications preferred
